研究方向:尹世金,教授,副院长,硕士生导师。2009年获武汉大学微生物学专业博士学位,先后在美国University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston和Washington University in St Louis从事药理学和神经生物学博士后研究工作。主要从事离子通道药理学研究,以疾病相关性离子通道蛋白为靶点,研究生物活性多肽和有机小分子在感觉过敏性反应(痛和痒)及自身免疫性疾病发生中的作用。发现瞬时电位受体通道TRPV1和TRPA1介导类维生素A的痛觉过敏反应;证明人源性Beta防御素2通过直接作用于免疫细胞tlr4受体,诱导细胞因子释放并作用于小鼠背根神经节细胞TRPV1通道而致痒;阐明了Kv1.3通道介导蝎、蜈蚣毒素多肽和傣药龙血竭中查尔酮类化合物的免疫抑制作用。主持国家自然科学基金3项,主持和参与科技部国家重点研发计划等省部级项目10余项;发表研究论文80余篇,其中包括Immunity、Nat Commun和The Journal of Clinical Investigation等自然指数收录的SCI论文40余篇;获国家发明专利4项;获湖北省科学技术进步一等奖、二等奖各一项;获湖北省教学成果二等奖一项;获民族医药协会科技进步一等奖一项。现任中国民族医药协会理事和智库专家、湖北省中医药学会常务理事、湖北省药学会中药和天然药专业委员会委员、湖北省毒理学会理事。独立承担了《生物化学》、《生物化学实验》、《解剖生理学实验》等多门课程的教学工作。
