一、研究领域和方向
主要研究方向包括农业动物生长发育相关性状及人类疾病遗传基础解析和关键基因的功能研究,重点以哮喘小鼠模型为实验材料,探讨炎症相关基因在哮喘等炎症性疾病发生发展中的作用和机制;以上述研究工作为平台,开展武陵山区重要药用植物资源的生物活性成分的筛选鉴定及应用于哮喘治疗的研究工作。
