In order to advance the class tutors’ work on educating people, improve the communication between teachers and students, and strengthen the cohesion of the classes, the class tutors of Grade 2020 of the School of Economics visited the dormitories. During the Qingming holiday, the class tutors and students took an active part in the colorful team building activities.
As the epidemic prevention and control becoming normal, the class tutors went into the dormitories to get an in-depth understanding of the students' study and life, paid close attention to the students' thought tendency and psychological states, and communicated with them in many ways, which narrowed the distance between teachers and students. During the holiday, the class tutors and the class committee planned and organized theme class and league meetings, reading parties, learning experience sharing sessions, class and league building activities, etc. In the class and league meetings, the class tutors stressed the importance of following the management regulations and holiday safety issues. Financial Engineering Class 2002 launched a "reading party", the whole class read books affectionately and shared their reading comprehension. Finance Class 2002 held "learning experience sharing session", inviting outstanding students to share their learning experience. Economic Pilot Class 2001 organized the square dance in South Lake playground, which helped the students relax and rest. Insurance Class 2001 and Finance Class 2005 held a colorful friendship ties activity, which enhanced the friendship between the classes. Finance Class 2003, 2004, 2006 and Economics Class 2002 carried out their own characteristic class team-building activities. The class tutors and students watched movies together, played games and exchanged ideas, which enhanced the mutual understanding and cohesion of the classes.
This series of activities strengthened the class collective construction, created a warm and harmonious class atmosphere, enhanced the communication between the class tutors and students, reflected the class tutor's active participation in the growth of students and multi-dimensional care. The class tutors claimed that they would pay more attention to the current situation of students; think more of that the students think, learn more of that the students learn; and provide the students with more accurate guidance and help aimed at the overall development of the students so as to promote class construction and the growth of the students.
