A new round of national Chinese medicine key subject basements was established, in which our school’s minority pharmacy was included.
　　On December 24, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine published the list of the new round of national Chinese medicine key subject basements; the minority pharmacy subject of our university’s pharmacy school was included.
　　 According to officials of our school, this was a great achievement of our school’s subject construction since its establishment one year ago, which marked a significant breakthrough of the subject pharmacy.
　　It is known that the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine made an overall arrangement to the new round of national Chinese medicine key subjects on the basis of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for the Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through selection and recommendation of the province, district and city’s Chinese medicine administration department and the examination and consideration of the Chinese medicine key subject construction expert committee of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, they determined to establish 323 subjects as the new round of Chinese medicine key subject of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and these subjects belong to those relevant institutes which are all above third class medical institutes or education and research institutes above provincial level.
   The officials of pharmacy school says that with the requirement of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine about the key subject construction and under the guidance of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s instruction about the reinforcement of Chinese medicine key subject construction, they will improve the subject construction and strengthen the construction and administration to ensure the realization of this key subject’s construction.
